Equestria’s names are reminiscent of the equestrian history of the area, which is well positioned, a few landmarks being The Grove Mall, Die Wilgers Hospital and the All Nations Church. Now the complex offers homes suitable for many ages and income classes. There are various styles including conventional, modern, thatch, Tuscan and farm style, and, depending on the style, a three-bedroom home can fetch prices starting from R950 000 up to R3m. I recently sold a sectional-title, three-bedroom, ± 145m² house in a boutique estate of 55 units for R1,28m. What a pleasure.
